Letter from William M. Nathan to William Koen explaining that the abstract Nathan was working on. He states that the deal can be closed now as long as the corners of the property are clearly defined. In the contract, responsibility to survey the corners of the property is described as the buyer's responsibility. With that, Nathan asks Koen to take care of this matter because he lives in the area and can save Nathan a trip to Austin. He also requests that Koen ask the grantors for the 1945 tax bills for the property to avoid delinquency.
