Last, he tells Kempner about his plans to continue solicitation for the Hillel Fund.

He mentions that the meeting will only be held if the other co-chairmen agree to the time and date. He explains that the later meeting time is to allow people to make airplane connections. He encloses the blank checks that he had forgotten in the previous letter.
