Wisdom explains the reason for his delay in answering Moody's letter, that it is due to membership quotas being set too high and advises that the talk from the boys from most of the posts is regarding lowering membership quotas. He advises of the attached sheet listing quotas for each Post. Attachment includes: Report by G. Ward Moody, Austin. Russell acknowledges his receipt of the telegram sent by Carswell and accepts the invitation to address the Armistice Day Program if it is to be held during the day citing a previous engagement in Stamford that night.
