Ensemble. A) Brown sheath dress of lace with floral motif, heavily hand beaded with tiny brown beads. Mid-length, scooped neckline, deeper in back. Sleeveless, with narrow straps. Slightly shaped hem. Inner brown satin lining sheath. Design house's label inside: "Mingolini Gugenheim / Piazza di Spagna 9-91- Roma" B) Brown sheer organza coat, mid-length, shawl collar, center front opening fastened by belt. mid-length sleeves. Leather belt built into waistline, covered with organza, the hook buckles covered in brown beading as dress.

Dinner dress

Dinner dress of and green chiffon and net, and black crepe. Sleeveless bodice of green chiffon with wide low scoop neckline. Net overlay on bodice is heavily encrusted with beads and rhinestones. Ankle length narrow black crepe skirt attached at hip line. Harem overskirt of green chiffon has vertical folds/pleats, is open at front, and is lined in black crepe matching skirt. Overskirt can be turned up to form a cape, with armholes, and a single button closure at front throat. Designer's label: "Veneziani / Milano / Made in YTRU"

Coat

Coat of natural beige mohair wool. Below-knee length, with modified cape collar with rounded ends. Loose, unfitted lines. Single breasted, with three button closure at neckline and bound buttonholes. Sleeves are 3/4 length, large and intricately cut in an adaptation of the leg-o-mutton style with pleating at shoulder, and have pleat-form at wrist to create calla lily effect . Double welt angled side pockets. Lined in black jersey wool. Designer's label at center back neckline: "E Garnett / Italian Made / Imported Original"

Cocktail Dress

Cocktail dress of white rayon jersey. Cocktail length. Strapless with attached scarf across right shoulder which falls down the back. Dress is constructed of two layers with the outer layer fully ruched. Left side zipper closure with hook & eye. Unlined with four internal white grosgrain petershams at zipper. Coat and Pillbox Hat

A) Evening coat of forest green wool. Double breasted, with six large buttons having black faceted edges and green pearled centers, and bound buttonholes. Collarless, with black soutache braid outlining neckline and front opening. Loose fitting with very full, bell-shaped, elbow length sleeves pleated into dropped shoulders, faced with green wool part-way back into sleeve. Double welt, angled, slit pockets at sides. Lined in green silk. Designer's label: "E Garnett / Italian Made / Imported Original" B) Pillbox hat. Of matching forest green wool, the low, cylindrical crown is edged in double row of matching black soutache braid which crosses on right and is trimmed with small sphere covered in matching wool. Inner black grosgrain ribbon hatband, and black elasticized band for securing hat to wearer's head. Lined in black silk(?). Designer's label: "E Garnett / Italian Made / Imported Original"

Daytime Ensemble - Dress and Coat

Daytime ensemble consisting of coat and dress with belt. Coat is of red bouclé wool. Long, dolman sleeves. Knee length. Band collar is covered in navy velvet on the exterior. Double welt side pockets on the diagonal. Lined in same douppioni silk print as dress. Designer's label at center back neckline: "E Garnett / Made In Italy / Imported Original" The one-piece day dress is of blue/gray douppioni silk with abstract print of lines in red, black, tan and yellow. Bias cut. Sleeveless with capped shoulders. Knee length. Collarless with V- shaped neckline formed by wrapped draping. Gathered draping to left side zipper closure. Wrap around skirt which drapes to large bow of self at left just below hip. Unlined with 1" blue/gray grosgrain ribbon petersham with 2 hook & eyes. Designer's label at center back neckline: "E Garnett / Made In Italy / Imported Original" The dress has an accompanying contour belt covered in matching fabric; 1" wide. Buckle also covered in same fabric.
