Letter from I. H. Kempner to William M. Nathan explaining that the letter he sent positions Kempner as guilty of something he did not do. He states that he did not chose to convene or cancel the meeting in May for the Hillel Building Fund. He reiterates that everyone had an equal part in this fund but explains that he knows Nathan does not have bad intentions in his letter.
