Letter from I. H. Kempner to Rabbi Newton J. Friedman discussing his trip to Mineral Wells, a discussion he had with Fred Florence and Eugene Solow in Dallas about the Hillel Building Fund. He suggests that Rabbi Friedman go on a tour of a section of Texas. He mentions that Mr. Oster at Dallas was willing to do the same thing. Last, he talks about the brochure and future plans to solicit donations.
