Hughes and Carswell express their appreciation to the officers and men under Terell's command for their participation in the Armistice Day parade advising that it's success was due, in a large way, to the 90th Division.

Carswell acknowledges the receipt of the letter from Duble reporting the progress in the training of his guard company.
