Annual financial report of the state of Texas for fiscal year 2012 including introductory materials; a financial section containing an independent auditor's report, management's discussion and analysis, basic financial statements, required supplementary information other than MD&A, other supplementary information (combining financial statements and schedules), enterprise funds, fiduciary funds, and discretely presented component units; and a statistical section detailing financial trends, revenue capacity, debt capacity, demographic and economic information, and operating information.
