Reminding them of the meeting at the Multicultural Seminar at the Dallas Museum of Art February 29th, and asks of them to bring their school's work in the NTIEVA Educational Exhibit. If the specialists are unable to make it that day to call the NTIEVA office to make arrangements for them to acquire their work. The rest of the letter goes into details about Brent Wilson, the Getty's evaluator for NTIEVA having interest in visiting Denton and Pilot Point schools, Reynolds writes that she'll be in contact with further details soon.

Reynolds hopes that everyone will attend the Multicultural Seminar at the Dallas Museum of Art, February 29th. Should they attend they need to bring their school's work for the NTIEVA Exhibit so that Reynolds can collectively put the pieces of artwork together. Reynolds ends the letter by writing that Brent Wilson, the Getty's Evaluator for NTIEVA might have an interest in visiting Denton and Pilot Point schools in May and that Reynolds will provide further details.
