Lee Welch, Antlers attorney, testified Thursday. Welch, brother of Supreme Court Justice Earl Welch, told a house committee investigating the supreme court that he paid Angelly all of the money due him in a 15-month period from February 1957 to May 1958. However, Welch testified he has been unable to find all of the cancelled checks and receipts for the money he said he paid Angelly. Angelly has testified before the committee that he recieved no more than $20,000 of the $59,000 due him."
