Kassal, 79, of 106 SW 28, was fishing in the North Canadian River near the Portland Ave bridge in southwest Oklahoma City Monday afternoon, when he decided to move to a better location, and had trouble finding a forward gear on his car but revved the motor anyway ... in reverse. Witnesses said the car sped backward into the river, and started drifting as Kassal hung on. An unidentified motorist pulled Kassal from the vehicle."
