Letter from Standard Accident Insurance Company to Galveston Insurance Company discussing issues with Personal Accident and Health Insurance in the state of Texas. In this letter, they suggest limiting the amount that a person can claim instead of leaving the state entirely. They propose a $1,500.00 limit for death insurance for each $25.00 of weekly indemnity. They then attach a supplementary agreement to be signed by both parties.
