A weekly publication, the Texas Register serves as the journal of state agency rulemaking for Texas. Information published in the Texas Register includes proposed, adopted, withdrawn and emergency rule actions, notices of state agency review of agency rules, governor's appointments, attorney general opinions, and miscellaneous documents such as requests for proposals. Interview with Noel Lisboa, a Filipino personal trainer from Plano, Texas. Lisboa discusses growing up in the Philippines, Catholic education there, Filipino cuisine, family traditions and holidays, experiences with a political uprising, immigrating to the United States, food, life, and holidays in the United States compared to the Philippines, gang activity in the U.S., the fitness industry, and his community.

Interview with Marilyn Gibson Calhoun, a UNT graduate from Dallas, Texas. Calhoun discusses her education, family, involvement with the civil rights movement, support and community groups that formed among African-American students that were experiencing discrimination at North Texas State, her teaching career, family, going through breast cancer, the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the Remembering Black Dallas group.

Video of the Doctoral and Masters Spring 2023 commencement ceremony 2, held on May 14, 2023 at the UNT Coliseum. The ceremony includes graduates from the College of Engineering, College of Health and Public Service, College of Information, College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism, and College of Music. The video begins with an introduction to the University of North Texas with a short history segment and photographs and videos of various unidentified graduates. Welcoming remarks are given by Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Dean of the Toulouse Graduate School Victor Prybutok. Faculty and graduates process into the coliseum. Rebecca Mugnolo sings the national anthem, accompanied by keyboardist Mooney Tan and the UNT wind orchestra. Neal Smatresk, president of the University of North Texas, gives a speech congratulating the graduates and acknowledging the academic accomplishments of the students. The keynote speaker is Kathy Price, former chair off the Board of Directors of the UNT Alumni Association. The ceremony concludes with Rebecca Mugnolo singing the UNT alma mater and the graduates leaving the coliseum.

Brint Ryan College of Business, College of Science, and College of Visual Arts and Design. The video begins with an introduction to the University of North Texas with a short history segment and photographs and videos of various unidentified graduates. James Meernik, executive dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, makes introductory remarks, followed by the processional of graduates. Accompanied by the UNT Wind Orchestra, Cerise Williams sings the national anthem. Additional remarks are made by Dean of the Toulouse Graduate School Victor Prybutok and President Neal Smatresk. Laura Right of the Board of Regents introduces honorary doctoral candidate Opal Lee, who also speaks briefly. Degrees are awarded to graduates. Daniel Suda of the UNT alumni association is the keynote speaker. The ceremony concludes with the singing of the alma mater by Cerise Williams and graduate recessional.
