Duke responds that she wants to think about this request as they are only given a specific amount of copies, so as to not undercut the National PTA who sells copies of the kit. Duke will consider Laney's request if she sends a draft of the cover letter the Texas Institute would receive with the kits. Copied on the letter is Jack Davis, Bill McCarter and Vicki Rosenberg.
