A Division of Abilene Machine Co., 1342 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas and bears Assurance Opaque Parchment watermark.

Christian advises Gordon regarding a monthly report and the recommedation for Final Discharge for Subject 17095. Typewritten at the bottom of the page is correspondence from B Christian [Betty Christian] to Mr. Carswell expressing her appreciation for his letter of recommendation for the above Subject and for his assistance.
