Photograph taken for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Caption: "R. G. Holleman, Greyhound driver; J. W. Rogers, station operator...and wrecked pump No. 3 A chain-reaction accident at NW 36 and Lincoln involving a bus, truck and car injured no one, but brought moans from a service station operator Tuesday morning. "It was the third gasoline pump knocked down this year by cars, said J. W. Rogers, operator of the station at the northeast corner or the intersection. The accident started when Walker Hay jr., 1910 NE 44, driving a Curtis Candy Co. truck, crossed the intersection going west. A Greyhound bus, coming at a right angle, swerved in an attempt to avoid hitting the truck but swiped it. The swerve propelled the carrier into a car, parked in the service station, which slammed into the gas pump. The car was owned by Ernest E. Gaskill, 2507 N Hudson. R. G. Holleman, Tulsa bus operator, said none of his passengers was injured."
