Kirk orders the parolee to report to Mr. T. N. Willson makes a request for a waiver on a registrant classified 1-A by the Floyd County Board citing his dishonorable discharge from Jefferson Barracks, Missouri, December 16, 1941. Handwritten notation advising of no answer and dated September 25, 1944.

Carswell, Chairman, Taylor County Parole Board, from John Ben Shepperd, Administrator, Interstate Parole Compact (by Pauline Kirk, Chief, Parole Division), Department of State, Texas, dated December 5, 1951. Kirk acknowledges receipt of the letter from Carswell dated December 1 concerning Subject and advises that a copy of the letter and enclosures were sent to Mr. Walter A. Gordon, who is Chairman of the California Adult Authority.

Christian advises Stone regarding a monthly report with a recommendation for a Full Pardon and Restoration. A second correspondence typewritten at the bottom of the page to Mr. Carswell from B C [Betty Christian] is an expression of appreciation by Christian for the supervision of Subject by Carswell.

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Parramore Post No. 57, Abilene, Texas, from Tom L. Beauchamp, Jr., Secretary to the Governor, Austin, Texas, dated April 5, 1941. Beauchamp expresses for Governor O'Daniel his appreciation for the invitation by Carswell to participate in the Abilene "Army Day" citing previously-made arrangements requiring his presence elsewhere.
