Report to Chief J. E. Curry by O. A. Jones concerning an interview by Joe Long of KLIF Radio with Eva Grant. Jones states that Grant's interview was approximately three and a half hours and that she did not allow a record of the entire interview but allowed a recording of a prepared speech. Jones states that he questioned Long regarding the reasons Grant gave for believing her brother Jack Ruby had a press pass, and Long stated that she described an incident at the State Fair of Texas where Ruby had some kind of "Operations" pass that granted him admission.

Supplementary offense report by J. R. Leavelle, clearing the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald with the arrest of Jack Ruby.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by W. R. Westbrook, concerning the transfer of keys for Police Squad Car #207 on November 22, 1963. Westbrook states that Officer J. M. Valentine was operating the car, and he gave the keys over to Sergeant J. M. Putnam.

Report written by E. L. Cunningham to Chief J. E. Curry concerning the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald. Cunningham states that he was assigned to work at the Trade Mart where the President was scheduled to speak, but after the shooting he was told to report to a location to pursue a suspect. The first location was a false report and he ended up going to the Texas Theater to help with the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald.
