Westbrook was in the 400 block of West Tenth Street when he received information that a suspect was at the Texas Theater. He describes arriving to the theater and witnessing the arrest of the suspect.

Cornwall states that Sergeant Croy was interviewed regarding any information concerning the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald that was not covered in his original report, and that pertinent facts were uncovered.
