Photograph of a range-pitting machine. A follow-up photo to TX-49-126-A. This picture shows where range a range pitting machine has been run. The pits are 36 inches apart, 5 inches deep, and 11 inches wide at the top and are 36 inches in length. These pits will hold 5 gallons of water. A mixed land range site, unit 7 soil, poor condition.
