A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Roy Skaggs, Taylor County Judge, Abilene, Texas, dated October 15, 1963. Skaggs requests that Carswell make arrangements to hold the Special Election, Saturday, November 9, 1963 and advises regarding the delivery of his voting booth, ballot boxes and supplies which are located at Russey Printing Company.
