Nancy Walkup Reynolds, Beverly Fletcher and Stephens are putting the conference together and contacting NTIEVA consortium districts to ask that art specialists attend and consider making presentations and serving as hosts at the event. To attend the conference as a participant, the teacher must be a member of TAEA, enclosed in the letter are membership forms. Stephens would like this event to be hospitable to visiting educators and would like to visit Schronk's next art meeting to beg her case before the teachers.
