Photocopy of a letter from Chad Woolery, General Superintendent of Dallas ISD, to Bill McCarter, Jack Davis and Nancy Reynolds, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Thanking McCarter and co., for his invitation to a special Administrators Day at the Dallas Museum of Art, however, Woolery is concerned that there are only five of the Dallas I.S.D. areas being represented in the group of invitee and that within his letter he asks the area directors to ensure that all ten areas are included on that day by replacement or addition. Woolery ends the letter by stating that due to his schedule, it will not permit for his full attendance but he'll share lunch and some of the afternoon's agenda what he can.
