McMillon also stated that Jack Ruby came from his left side, and that he did know Ruby by sight. He also described overhearing statements that Ruby made after the shooting.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Kenneth H. Croy regarding his assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Croy describes his activities as a Reserve Officer on November 24, 1963. He states that he knew Jack Ruby because approximately three years prior he had bought breakfast at Lucas B&B Cafe on Oak Lawn for him and two other officers. Croy also states that he had been in Ruby's club on several occasions when riding observation.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Linnie Mae Randle regarding Wesley Frazier's relationship with Lee Harvey Oswald. Randle states that Frazier is her brother and they live together, and that he works at the Texas School Book Depository. Oswald carpooled with Frazier on Mondays and Fridays.

Voluntary statement by Larry Florer regarding the use of a telephone in the Texas School Book Depository. Florer states that he had left a cafe after hearing about the shooting and walked down the street. He asked a woman where he could find a telephone to use, and she told him to go to the third floor in the Texas School Book Depository. Once he was on the third floor he was told he could not use the telephone so he left the building.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Billy J. Maxey concerning the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Maxey describes his assignments on the morning of the shooting. He states that he did not know Jack Ruby nor did he see him enter the City Hall.

He then describes his assignments leading up to the shooting.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Lee E. Bowers, regarding unusual activity in a railroad yard prior to the President's assassination. Bowers states that he watched multiple cars engage in suspicious activity by a street that dead ended at the railroad yard near North Tower Union Terminal Company, where he worked. About 10 minutes after he saw the last car leave he heard gunshots.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Michael Ralph Paine regarding his friendship with Lee Harvey Oswald. Paine describes noticing a pipe-like object that Oswald owned. He states that when he heard of the assassination he immediately wondered if Oswald was involved.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Lieutenant V. S. Smart concerning officer's assignment, the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald, and familiarity with Jack Ruby. Smart describes his duties and observations on the day of the shooting.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by C. G. Lewis regarding his assignment and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Lewis states that he was assigned to operate the jail elevator and did not see the shooting. He further states the he had seen Jack Ruby nine years before but did not know him personally.
