Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Leon L. Fox concerning the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Fox states that he was told to report to the basement of City Hall on the morning of the shooting. Shortly afterwards he was given a corner assignment at Harwood and Elm Street. After the shooting he was told to report to Parkland Hospital.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by M. E. Farris concerning officer's assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Farris states that on the morning of the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald he was working a traffic assignment at the intersection of Elm and Lamar, and he was later advised to report to Parkland Hospital.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by P. T. Dean concerning his assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Dean states that he was assigned to search the garage portion of the basement in preparation for the transfer of Oswald. He describes the search of the basement and names of the other officers involved, and the questioning of Ruby after the shooting. Ruby stated to Dean that he entered the basement through the ramp entering on Main Street.
