A pamphlet on the History of Camp Davis, written by David A. Stallman for the 50th Anniversary of the Antiaircraft Artillery School at Camp Davis. It contains the Antiaircraft Artillery School's marching song, the story of Camp Davis from "Birth to Death," Camp Davis as a missile test base, the closing of the camp, and more. Interview with General John Roberts, a Air Force WWII veteran from Arkansas, who served for over twenty years with General Roger Ramey of Denton, Texas. Roberts discusses Ramey's background and his own, Army Air Corps pilot training, the start of the war and assignment under Ramey, changing commands and transition to the B-29, Curtis LeMay, the atomic bomb, postwar work, Ramey's health and death, his relationships with various figures, Douglas MacArthur and Harry Truman, the racial integration of the Air Force, and the Roswell UFO incident. Some additional biographical information about Ramey is provided by Colonel Terry Garland.

Interview with Garlen W. Eslick, a Navy WWII veteran from Milan, Missouri who served aboard the USS Oklahoma (BB-37) when it was sunk at Pearl Harbor. Eslick discusses joining the Navy and basic training, assignment to the Oklahoma, accommodations aboard, the food, the crew, liberty, being bombed and torpedoed, the Oklahoma capsizing, being trapped inside the ship, rescue, work after the attack, and service aboard the Saratoga (CV-3).

Interview with J. V. Hammond, a U.S. Navy WWII veteran, concerning his experiences aboard the repair ship USS Medusa during the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
