Quantitative Studies of Inhibitors of ADP-ribosylation in Vitro and in Vivo
Article evaluating the selectivity of compounds originally identified as inhibitors of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase on members of the three classes of enzymes. The results suggest that micromolar levels of the benzamides in the culture medium should allow selective inhibition of poly(ADP-ribose) metabolism in intact cells. Furthermore, comparative quantitative inhibition studies should prove useful for assigning the biological effects of these inhibitors as an effect on either poly(ADP-ribose) or mono(ADP-ribose) metabolism.

Novel transcriptome assembly and comparative toxicity pathway analysis in mahi-mahi (Coryphaena hippurus) embryos and larvae exposed to Deepwater Horizon oil
This article establishes the de novo transcriptomic database from the embryos and larvae of mahi-mahi exposed to water accommodated fractions (HEWAFs) of two Deepwater Horizon oil types (weathered and source oil) in an effort to advance understanding of the molecular aspects involved during specific toxicity responses.

Toward an intentional model aware of learner cognitive traits for pedagogical process guidance
Authors of the article suggest that the novelty of Intentional Model of Pedagogical Process Guidance (IMPPG) is the effectiveness use of Cognitive Trait Model to be aware of different traits of learner. This model has been experimented and assessed with tutors and students learning spreadsheet management in a first-year studying in applied license’s degree in Business English and applied license’s degree in Education.
