The week that included March 8th, International Women's Day, was selected. In 1987, Congress expanded the celebration to a month, and March was declared Women's History Month." The second page is a larger version of the same description and page three is a picture collage of important female figures.

Oral History Interview with Connie Douglas Reeves, February 27, 1998

Interview with Connie Douglas Reeves, named Texas Woman of the Century, from Kerrville, Texas. Mrs. Reeves talks about her life in Eagle Pass and San Antonio Texas, her education as the only female in her law school class, her career as a high school schoolteacher, and her horseback riding experience at Camp Waldemar. She describes organizing a girls' riding group, called "The Lassos," with whom she performed at the World's Fair in New York in 1938 and Washington D.C. Mrs. Reeves also briefly discusses the sheep ranching she did with her husband, Jack Reeves, the flood of 1928, and the flood of 1932.

Naughton worked at a camp in Council Grove, Kansas (Company 4703). This interview covers his childhood, his experiences in the Great Depression, his experiences as a hospital orderly in the CCC, and his biggest takeaways from working in the CCC.
