Postcard of an in color picture of the Midland County Courthouse. This a rectangular building with pillars enclosing it, above the entrance it says " Midland County Courthouse." The print on the back top left side reads: "Midland County Court House Midland, Texas. Midland is located halfway between Fort Worth and El Paso on U.S. 80 Highway (the Broadway of America) and served by the Texas and Pacific Railway. The City's name derives from the midway location. Established in 1885, Midland has been almost from the very beginning one of West Texas' leading and most progressive communities. Color photo by F. J. Schaaf."

The two-story brick and glass modern building has two wings visible in the view, the one on the left has a wall of glass panels with entrance doors on the lower right, next to the wing that projects to the right to form an L. There is a large pine tree on the left in the foreground. Printed on the back between the message and address sections: "McGrew Color Graphics, MCG, Kansas City, MO 64108, 071077, Dist. by Ed Boden Studio Georgetown, KY 40324." There is no postmark or message on the back of the card.
