Eagan to George Pendexter discussing the building on the reverse picture, Eagan says: "This is where three people were burned and 15 injured Nov. 1st 1912 a servant girl set fire to the place." The photograph shows a crowd of people standing outside the main entrance to the Berlin Hotel as they wait to return back to their rooms after the fire.
