A fire, sparked by an electrical short, caused an estimated $30,000 damage Tuesday afternoon when it spread through the ceilings of four businesses in northwest Oklahoma City. The fire started at 2:02 p.m. at Colors and Interior, Inc., 2851 W. Wilshire, a shop that specializes in fire restoration, firemen said. The fire quickly spread west through a two-foot section between the ceiling and roof to The Rib, 2853 W Wilshire, and east to Mr. and Mrs. Wig, 2847 W Wilshire, and Hi Roberts Dance Studio, 2849 W Wilshire. Rugs Destroyed Assistant chief Jack Duggan placed a tentative damage estimate at $30,000. He said most of the damage was centered at The Rib and Colors and Interiors, Inc. Although rugs at Hi Roberts were destroyed."
