Military, was critically injured early Friday when this wrecked hot rod went out of control and overturned on the victim. Caption: "Eunice Irene Hughes, 57, of 4213 West Park Place escaped serious injury today when this two-ton truck loaded with 60,000 pounds of meat toppled onto her car at NW 10 and May. The truck driver, J. C. Kunkle, 47, of 7824 NW 7, told police he lost control of the vehicle when he swerved to avoid another car. The truck struck a traffic signal and concrete median before rolling onto the car which was stopped for a red light. Officers said the woman was taken to University Hospital with minor injuries."
