Rodriguez, Secretary Mexican Chamber of Commerce in San Antonio, Texas. This is a notification that the date of the Regional LULAC Convention to be held in January, 1951 in Houston, Texas, has been changed to January 27 and 28, 1951. It is also an invitation to Jacob Rodriguez to speak after the speech of welcome at the convention.
