As prosecutor in the trail of Webb Eugene Boyd, Mr. Barrera was responsible for charging two police officers with the voluntary manslaughter of Mr. Boyd. OUED is writing to congratulate the attorney's work, which they see as a stepping stone in relieving racist relations in San Antonio.
