Patent for a type of vehicle wheel made of a unique hub, rim, and resilient spokes. The design allows for the hub and spokes to rotate independently of the rim, reducing the need for compensating gearing. This is done by having the spokes frictionally engaged with the rim rather than a rigid, static design.
