Fan-Oscillating Device.

Patent for an improvement in oscillating fan devices. Rather than running wire from the base of the fan to the motor, which frequently caused mechanical issues (sometimes making the fan irreparable), the fan is fastened to an oscillating platform that uses the force from the fan to oscillate the fan on a table.
