Marchers in Fort Worth, Texas carry a banner for the League of United Latin American Citizens Councils.

A pause is necessary for Sergio L. of Leon (left), a policeman for Tarrant county, Jesus Reyes (center), an activist, and Sergeant Manuel Sanchez, of the Summit High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp. in Mansfield. The three actively participated in the march honoring the birth of union organizer Cesar Chavez. The march took place last Friday outside of the elementary school that is named after him in Fort Worth.
