A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Charles H. Sessions, Managing Editor, The Topeka Daily Capital, Topeka, Kansas, dated December 12, 1941. Sessions advises of his inability to be a substitute for Mr. McNeal due to a lack of time for the thought the question deserves.

Documents requesting a waiver of filing requirements for witness depositions, and providing notice of depositions to W. O. Rainwater, G. A. Rainwater, and/or their attorney Gilbert Smith. The documents include the names of the witness, V. Robert Kerr, and a list of questions.

Notice of deposition in the cause no. 4035, W. O. Rainwater et al. vs. Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Company. The notice is addressed to W. O. Rainwater, G. A. Rainwater or Gilbert Smith and names the witness as V. Robert Kerr who lives in Topeka, Kansas. The notice also includes a list of questions.

Telegram from a Shelton to Mrs. E. G. Baxter by care of Frances Yerkes, stating that they were not able to make a reservation somewhere and will write from Topeka, KS the following day.

Ledermann, recorded in the letter as 'Daniel B. Letterman (Lederman)'. Letter contains transcribed message broadcast from internee on Radio Tokyo.
