In addition to being pastured, 2 cuttings of hay was removed which produced approximately 50 bales per core. Fertilizer was applied in 1959 at the rate of 50 lbs. of nitrogen per acre. The 1959 seed harvest was 10,400 lbs. of seed from the 90 acres. Since the seed harvest, a hay crop has been removed and approximately 69 head of cattle are being pastured."
