Allegedly, a shoe box full of gold was dropped off of the bridge by the burglars. Sonny Able and Merle Hariston admitted to twenty two burglaries throughout the state. The gold and teeth were stolen from the Cary Dental Supply company in Fort Worth. E. N. Buie and Texas Ranger E.J. Wimberly arrested the two for routine investigation. The pair are both wanted in Amarillo and Big Springs.
