Specific information includes instrument number, kind of instrument, date and place of execution, names of parties involved, amounts of principal and interest (when applicable), description of property, signatures of parties, and notarization. Also includes recording certificate, showing date filed, date recorded, and signature of county clerk or deputy. Arranged chronologically by date recorded.

Patent for a new and improved kettle attachment. This design "provides an attachment to be used with the kettle, whereby the "boiling over" of the material and the consequent running of the same down the sides of the said kettle are prevented. The material that would ordinarily flow over the sides of the kettle and waste is by the use of [a] device . . . saved, and any and all danger of fire from the overflowing sugar in candy manufacture is prevented" (lines 11-20).

Patent for a new and improved washing machine. This design "relates to improvements in the class of washing-machines commonly known as 'cylinder washing-machines,' and has for its object the production of a machine which will operate thoroughly and expeditiously, and without injury to the fabric, while at the same time it is light and inexpensive in construction and simple in operation; and with these ends in view the invention consists in the novel combination and arrangement of parts" (lines 10-20).

Patent for invention is to utilize in rejected hydraulic matter such as decomposed limestone.

This design "relates to improvements in gates of that class known as 'tilting and folding' gates, and is designed to produce a gate that will automatically lock itself when down and close the passage by means which will not interfere in the least with the operation of the tilting" (lines 9-15).
