Minutes for November 30, 2006 Texas Daily Newspaper Association Board of Directors Meeting held at the Headliners Club in Austin, Texas. Those in attendance were, Jeremy Halbreich (by conference call), Charles Moser, Gary Borders, Larry Walker, Patrick Birmingham, Nelson Clyde IV (by conference call), Darrell Coleman, M. President Jeremy Halbreich called the meeting to order and that the main purpose of the meeting was to review TDNA's financial activities for 2006 and adopt the operating budget for 2007.
