Letter from I. H. Kempner to W. M. Nathan stating that he agrees that a letter should be written to various chairmen, but Rabbi Radofsky had just arrived in Austin and Kempner did not see it as fair or polite to request that he do the letter writing and signing. With that, Kempner asks Nathan who he thinks should create the letter.
