A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Commander 5th Division American Legion, Abilene, Texas, from Charlie Maisel, Department Commander, Phillips, Texas, dated October 29, 1942. Maisel discusses a letter that he received from Carswell's Division Membership Chairman noting it would be appreciated if Carswell would answer the questions that were asked and give to him the overdue committee appointments.
