The article is supportive of Galveston's position on the location of a new medical school. He also discusses Dr. Rainey's efforts to solicit funds for a survey of possible locations for a new medical school branch. He is concerned that the survey will be biased and suggests that Dr. Day send someone to Galveston to see the facilities. He also sends Dr. Day a bulletin from the Anti-Defamation League.
