Letter from Jose F. Olivares to Carla Hill, dated July 20, 1976, and printed on League of United Latin American Citizens, LULAC District No. 15, letterhead. The letter requests a list of all housing projects under the LULAC name in the past 20 years and refers to an enclosed, incomplete list of projects. A copy of the letter was sent to John J. Herrera.
