Aeroplane.
Patent for a new and useful airplane that provides the ability of the aircraft to take off from the ground at an abrupt angle. The aircraft has a supplemental propeller and jointed body to direct the machine upward in an abrupt ascent, making it especially useful in wooded areas or where obstructions prevent normal take-off.

Patent for an improvement in churn by using a combination of a sliding bar, a cord secured to the dasher-shaft, and vertical rods to create a mechanical movement that would wind and unwind the cord in order to operate the churn. Illustration is included.

Patent for a new and improved bedstead-fastener. This design "relates to the construction of a fastener for bedsteads, the object of the invention being to provide a fastener by which the parts are firmly held together and prevented from springing; and to these ends the invention consists of certain details of construction and combination of parts" (lines 8-14).
