Letter to Cecile Kempner discussing H. Kempner's shifting of investments as well as the process of getting rid of some less advantageous bonds. Cecile is informed that there is approximately $25,000 worth of bonds that can be bought at a slight discount, the correspondent insists that she goes with buying the bonds. The correspondent mentions that Dad is coming home today, but the hard time is yet to come.
