Postcard of a drawing titled "Left Behind" from the magazine the Southwest Review. The drawing shows an abandoned western town with a hotel, boot shop, general store, and what appears to be a saloon side by side in front of a dirt road. There is a crooked street sign and a gas pump at the end of the road. There are hills in the background and sparse trees. The entire scene is covered in dirt and dust. On the back of the card is a message from Donald Day to Isaac H. Kempner thanking him for making reservations and discussing his time in Austin and Kerrville, Texas.
