A small staircase descends from the Seawall to the beach where many people are lounging in chairs under umbrellas or wading in the Gulf of Mexico. On the back of the card is a message from E. R. Cheesborough to Isaac H. Kempner regarding waivers and proxies that allow them to avoid the expense of newspaper advertisements for an upcoming meetings.
